I'm Daphne, I started smoking when I was 12 years old, worked my way up to between 1-2 packs a day, quit for 2 1/2 years, then started back up after an emotional trauma, then quit for the last time at 29 and have been successfully nicotine free for over 15 years. This course incorporates the strategies I used both times to quit and I hope they help you as well to be free of nicotine's clutches.
